Anatomy Of Our Flooring

Since 2023, we own a modern sawmill in Ruma (Hrkovci), where the primary processing of wood takes place – from log reception and cutting to drying and lamella preparation. The sawmill ensures consistent and controlled quality of raw material, which is the foundation of every premium floor covering

Top Layer – Oak

(Thickness: 3–4 mm)
The surface layer is made of premium European oak, selected for its natural beauty and resilience. Depending on the total thickness of the parquet, this layer can be 3 or 4 mm thick. It provides the authentic look and feel of solid wood, allowing multiple sanding and refinishing cycles over time

Middle Layer – Poplar or Spruce

(Thickness: 9 mm)
The core of the parquet consists of poplar or spruce boards arranged crosswise to the oak grain.
This 9 mm layer gives the floor exceptional dimensional stability, minimizing expansion and contraction caused by
temperature and humidity changes. The cross-laminated structure ensures strength and balance throughout the entire board.

Bottom Layer – Poplar or Spruce

(Thickness: 2 mm)
The base layer is a uniform sheet of poplar or spruce, 2 mm thick, designed to equalize tension and support the
upper layers. It enhances the overall stability of the parquet and contributes to its smooth installation
and long-lasting performance.

Multilayer Innovation
in Oak Flooring

Multilayer engineered oak flooring represents the ultimate balance between natural aesthetics and advanced engineering. This flooring consists of 7 core layers made of eucalyptus and poplar and a 2 mm precious oak top layer (wear layer), resulting in a total plank thickness of 13 mm.

Click System

The Click system is most commonly used for straight planks, but it can also be applied to other parquet types if requested by the client.

The Click system is a modern solution for parquet installation, designed to make the process fast, clean, and effortless. Thanks to its special locking mechanism, each plank fits perfectly into the next, creating a stable and elegant surface without the need for glue between boards.

Parquet with the Click system can be installed as a floating floor, directly over the underlay, or it can be glued to the subfloor for extra stability. In both cases, there is no need to glue the planks to each other, which makes installation quicker,
simpler, and more efficient.

T&G System

Tongue & Groove is most commonly used for herringbone
and chevron patterns, where precise alignment and
stability are essential to achieve the elegant geometric
design.

Each plank has a tongue on one side and a groove on the
other, allowing them to slide and lock together seamlessly.

This system as well does not require glue between the
planks themselves. Parquet can be installed as a floating
floor with proper underlay, or it can be glued to the subfloor for added stability.

Grading Scale

The images shown represent typical examples of each grade and are for reference only. As wood is a natural material, variations are normal. The actual delivered products shall prevail.

AB
AB Select grade represents a highest standard of quality in oak wood selection.
AB grade parquet is characterized by carefully selected oak boards that offer a balanced combination of natural beauty and high quality. This grade emphasizes a clean and harmonious appearance with minimal natural wood features, making it ideal for interiors that require a sophisticated and refined look.

ABC Natur grade combines the natural aesthetics

of wood with clearly defined quality standards

ABC grade parquet combines natural character with controlled elegance. It allows slight variations in wood features, resulting in a warm yet polished appearance that suits both modern and classic interiors.

Rustic

CD
CD grade offers a more natural and rustic oak appearance, with clearly defined quality limits.
CD grade parquet highlights the rustic charm of oak, with more visible natural elements such as knots and lines. It is perfect for creating authentic, cozy spaces where the natural character of wood is celebrated.

DE
DE grade highlights the rustic character of oak wood, with larger natural features permitted.
DE grade parquet showcases a strong rustic identity, with pronounced natural features that bring individuality and warmth to any interior. This grade is ideal for those who appreciate bold, natural aesthetics.

EF grade represents the most rustic oak character,
with a wide range of natural features permitted.
EF grade parquet represents the most expressive rustic selection, with wide natural variations that highlight the raw beauty of oak. It is well-suited for interiors where authenticity and natural diversity are desired.

This parquet emphasizes the most rustic and natural look, with almost unlimited wood features. It creates interiors full of character and uniqueness, ideal for those who want a truly authentic atmosphere.

Transitional Parquet Grades

In practice, some parquet boards may fall between two grading classes. Such products are marked with combined labels, for example CD+ (slightly higher quality than standard CD grade, but not quite ABC) or ABCD (a grade between ABC and DE). These transitional markings are used when the visual and technical characteristics of the parquet do not fully fit into a single grade, representing a balanced blend of two adjacent classes.
